I took my broken glasses to a local specsavers who told me my glasses were unsavable and that id have to pay $400 for a new pair including lenses. I then contacted OptiFixLab who told me they could have them fixed for $60. Sent them on a Sunday and had them back as if brand new on Friday. Would definitely recommend.

Really impressed with the service. My glasses broke at the bridge, and OptiFixLab repaired them and sent them back by Express Post the same day they received them which is extremely fast. Communication was friendly and clear, and I was quoted $70 including return postage, with no upfront payment. These are my only glasses and I need them for school and work, so I really appreciated the quick turnaround and understanding. Will choose Optifixlab for any other problems. Thank you!

I took my glasses to five or six places in Adelaide. All said they couldn’t fix them. I even put it on Airtasker. No takers. I found this place with an AI search. Mailed them to Brisbane and had them back good as new in less than a week. And I paid about half what I thought it’d cost. Outstanding service.

They fixed the rim on my acetate glasses when others said they couldn’t be fixed. Very easy! Posted the glasses. Fixed and they posted back. Very reasonable price too.

When Specsavers wouldn’t help us, I found Optifixlab, and the results were amazing. We live in Melbourne, and my husbands $600 glasses broke at the hings after only 2 years. Specsavers wouldn’t help, as they said they were out of warranty, and that they could repair the hinge. I found this unacceptable, so found Optifixlab online. My enquiries was promptly replied to, with great advice. I posted the glasses in a firm case, from Melbourne to Brisbane. Within 5 days the job was done, and the glasses were returned. Once I checked the repair, and my husband was extremely happy, I paid the account happily. Such a wonderful service, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

My multi focal polarised sun glasses broke on the bridge and I had no alternative but to bin them, replacement cost $1000+ when the Opti Fix ad popped up. I had little to lose and sent them in, receiving the repaired glasses very quickly. Repair could have been a little better cosmetically but I tidied up myself quite easily. The repair is strong and Opti Fix also straightened the legs.
